Product Overview
This product is formulated with carefully selected synthetic base oils and refined lithium‑soap thickeners, and incorporates rigorously screened antioxidants, extreme‑pressure and anti‑wear additives, rust inhibitors, and other performance‑enhancing additives, all manufactured through a specialized process.
Product Performance
- Wide operating temperature range
- Excellent oil film thickness and load-carrying capacity, suitable for a wide range of heavy-load bearing applications.
- It maintains a low starting torque even at low temperatures, thereby reducing lubrication issues and wear caused by cold conditions.
- Long service life, thanks to excellent wear resistance, can be significantly extended.
- Longer relubrication intervals and reduced lubricant consumption lower maintenance costs.
Product Usage
Suitable for various medium- and large-sized tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, or spherical roller bearings, as well as gears with high and low temperature requirements. Applicable to bearing applications requiring either long-term lubrication or periodic relubrication. Key applications include, but are not limited to:
