Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening synthetic oil with a metal soap-based thickener, and is further refined with specialized solid lubricants, corrosion inhibitors, rust preventatives, and a variety of other additives.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance, with low cold-start torque.
● Exhibits excellent compatibility with plastics and rubbers;
● Exhibits excellent wear resistance and load-carrying capacity, with an extremely low coefficient of friction and minimal evaporation loss;
● Excellent colloidal stability and mechanical stability, ensuring a long service life.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for low- and medium‑speed operating conditions in plastic/plastic and plastic/metal gear sets; it is also applicable to medium- and heavy‑load plastic/plastic and plastic/metal friction pairs, such as the wear‑reducing lubrication of worm gears in automotive steering systems.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
