Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a synthetic base oil with an inorganic thickener, and is further refined through a specialized process that incorporates high‑performance extreme‑pressure and anti‑wear additives, along with a variety of other additives.
Product Performance
● It exhibits excellent adhesion and can firmly bond to metal surfaces;
● Exhibits excellent rust resistance and water resistance;
● Exhibits excellent film-forming and extreme-pressure load-carrying capabilities, with robust extreme-pressure performance and outstanding fluidity.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for the lubrication and protection of large and small gears in ball mills, as well as the gear and rack drive assemblies of coal-unloading elevators in thermal power plants. It can be used for both jet‑type grease lubrication and immersion lubrication.
Applicable temperature range: -5°C to 150°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
