Product Overview
This product is a solvent-based gear grease formulated by thickening a synthetic base oil with an inorganic thickener and incorporating high‑performance extreme‑pressure and anti‑wear additives, along with several other proprietary additives, through a specialized manufacturing process.
Product Performance
● It exhibits excellent adhesion and can firmly bond to metal surfaces;
● Exhibits excellent rust resistance and water resistance;
● Exhibits excellent film-forming capability and extreme-pressure load-carrying capacity.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating and protecting the large and small gears of ball mills, as well as the gear‑rack drive assemblies of coal‑unloading machine elevators, in thermal power plants. It can be used for both jet‑type grease lubrication and immersion lubrication.
Operating temperature range: -5°C to 150°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
