Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a synthetic base oil with a composite thickener and refined through a specialized process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties;
● Exhibits excellent rust resistance and water resistance;
● Exhibits excellent adhesion performance;
● Exhibits excellent oxidation stability and pumpability;
● Does not contain heavy metals or other environmentally harmful substances, making it an eco-friendly product.
Product Usage
This product series is designed for lubrication and protection of wind turbine gearboxes in dusty air environments, as well as under harsh conditions such as extreme temperatures, heavy loads, and vibration, and offers a broad operating temperature range.
Applicable temperature range: -20°C to 160°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases;
● When using this product, all components must be thoroughly cleaned.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
