Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a synthetic base oil with an inorganic thickener and further refined through a specialized process, incorporating high‑performance extreme‑pressure and anti‑wear additives along with a variety of other additives.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent adhesion, enabling it to firmly bond to metal surfaces;
● Exhibits excellent rust resistance and water resistance;
● Exhibits excellent film-forming and extreme-pressure load-carrying capabilities, with strong EP performance and outstanding fluidity.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating and protecting large, heavy-duty open gears in thermal power plants, as well as the pinion and gear sets of various ball mills, and the gear–rack drive assemblies of coal‑unloading elevators. It can be used for both spray‑type grease lubrication and immersion lubrication.
Operating temperature range: −5°C to 150°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
