Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a highly refined base oil with a novel thickener and incorporating a range of additives—such as antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and anti-wear agents—through a specialized refining process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance; remains stable under high-temperature conditions, with minimal coking and no loss.
● Excellent lubricity, high load-carrying capacity, and low wear;
● It boasts excellent corrosion and rust resistance, providing the most effective protection for bearings and extending the service life of equipment.
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and oxidation stability;
● Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless to humans and animals.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for lubricating various high- and low-temperature gear reducers in rolling and steelmaking units of the metallurgical industry, and can also be used for leak‑proof lubrication of crane gearboxes.
Operating temperature range: -30°C to 150°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
