Hangzhou Derunbao Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999. Over more than two decades of dedicated focus and innovation, the company has steadily grown from a startup into a leader in the field of specialty lubrication materials. Since its inception, Derunbao has adopted a development strategy centered on technological breakthroughs, striving to dismantle the technological barriers and market monopolies held by Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea in the high-end lubrication materials sector, and to achieve domestic substitution for critical lubrication products. Factory Strength


Located in the chemical industrial park of Meixi Town, Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, the facility occupies 45 mu of land and boasts a total floor area exceeding 20,000 square meters. Construction commenced in 2024, with formal production scheduled to begin in July 2025. The first-phase project is designed to produce 30,000 tons of specialty lubricating greases annually—24,000 tons of grease and 6,000 tons of lubricating oil—with additional capacity reserved to expand total output to 60,000 tons. The plant houses more than 50 production tanks of various sizes, ranging from 200L to 8,000L, fully supporting the manufacturing needs for diverse specialty lubricants. All tanks and process pipelines are finished with both interior and exterior stainless-steel polishing, significantly enhancing product quality. Equipped with highly digitized and intelligent manufacturing technologies, the production lines feature over 6,000 digital quality‑control points, enabling precise management of production processes. The facility has achieved an automated production workflow—from raw material feeding and processing to canning and packaging—with an automation rate exceeding 90%.
