Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a highly refined base oil with an organic thickener and incorporating a range of additives—including antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and anti-wear agents—through a specialized refining process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance; remains stable under high-temperature conditions, with minimal coking and no loss.
● Excellent lubricity, high load-carrying capacity, and low wear;
● Exhibits excellent corrosion and rust resistance, providing optimal protection for bearings and extending equipment service life.
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and oxidation stability;
● Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless to humans and animals.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for centralized lubrication of various high-temperature, heavy-duty mechanical equipment in the metallurgical industry, including soaking furnaces, steelmaking furnaces, continuous casting machines, and continuous rolling mills.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 250°C, with short-term exposure up to 300°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
