Product Overview
This product is formulated with a composite thickener that gels a synthetic base oil, and it incorporates a range of extreme-pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, and anti-corrosion additives, all refined through a specialized manufacturing process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, meeting the lubrication requirements of heavy-duty machinery or equipment subjected to impact loads.
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, oxidation stability, and colloidal stability;
● Excellent water resistance and mechanical stability;
● Exhibits excellent adhesion and a long service life;
● Non-toxic and odorless, meeting environmental protection standards.
Product Usage
This product is particularly well suited for lubricating high-temperature components in the metallurgical industry, such as furnace‑front roller tables, continuous casting machines, and converter ladles, playing a crucial role in extending the service life of machine parts.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 250°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
