Product Overview
This product is a synthetic high‑temperature chain oil, formulated with premium synthetic base oils and enhanced with additives that provide oxidation resistance, anti‑wear protection, and corrosion inhibition.
Product Performance
● Excellent high-temperature stability, with a service temperature of up to 250°C;
● Outstanding lubrication and wear resistance, capable of withstanding heavy loads;
● Low coking, allowing the chain to remain clean for an extended period;
● Excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics; the machine starts easily at low temperatures.
● Low volatility, effectively saving lubricant and minimizing environmental pollution while improving working conditions;
● It does not react with paint and will not cause defects such as craters or fish eyes in automotive finishes.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating high-temperature chain drive systems in textile industry heat-setting machines, automotive and other paint‑curing ovens, and spray‑coating line drying chambers.
Operating temperature range: N100: −30°C to 240°C; N220: −20°C to 250°C; N400: −12°C to 260°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants; different lubricants may undergo physical or chemical reactions that significantly degrade their performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● When used in lubrication applications involving contact with non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastics, and paints, a material compatibility test should be conducted beforehand.
● To switch to a different type of oil, first use up the existing oil completely, then add the new oil.
