Product Overview
This product is a synthetic high-temperature chain friction-reducing agent, formulated with premium synthetic base oil and refined with additives that provide antioxidant, anti-wear, and anti-corrosion properties.
Product Performance
● Excellent high-temperature stability, with a service temperature of up to 250°C;
● Outstanding lubrication and wear resistance, capable of withstanding heavy loads;
● Low coking, allowing the chain to remain clean for an extended period;
● Excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics; the machine starts easily at low temperatures.
● Low volatility, effectively saving lubricant and minimizing environmental pollution while improving working conditions.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating high-temperature chain drive systems in domestic and imported heat-setting machines, stretching and tentering machines, printing‑setting machines, and similar equipment used in the textile printing and dyeing industry. It is also applicable to high‑temperature chain drive systems in building‑materials industry ovens, automotive and other paint‑baking ovens, and drying chambers on coating lines.
Applicable temperature range: -20°C to 250°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants; incompatible lubricants may undergo physical or chemical reactions, significantly degrading their performance.
● Close the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● When used in lubrication applications involving contact with non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastics, and paints, a material compatibility test should be conducted beforehand.
● To switch to a different type of oil, first use up the existing oil completely before adding the new one.
