Product Overview
This product is formulated with synthetic base oil and refined with antioxidant and other additives, providing superior lubrication for a wide range of high-temperature chains.
Product Performance
● It exhibits excellent viscosity‑temperature characteristics, meeting the high‑temperature lubrication requirements of heat‑setting machines while ensuring reliable startup at ambient temperatures.
● It has a high flash point, ensuring the safe operation of heat-setting machines and high-temperature chains.
● It exhibits decomposition under thermal oxidation conditions, breaking down into low‑molecular‑weight compounds, which results in minimal carbon buildup on the setting machine’s chains and rails and facilitates easy coke removal.
● It is less likely to cause oil stains on the fabric, thereby reducing the defect rate.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating the rails and chains of domestic thermal setting machines—models M751, M771, and ZH921—as well as imported SST resin finishing machines from brands such as Rixin, Yafan, Ligen, and Meiguang. It can also be used to lubricate the drive chains in automotive paint‑baking ovens.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 205°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage, transportation, and use, care should be taken to prevent the ingress of mechanical impurities and moisture.
● Do not mix with other oils;
● This product exhibits some evaporation at elevated temperatures; therefore, when in use, be sure to open the air ducts of the setting machine to prevent accidents.
