Product Overview
This product is formulated with deeply refined mineral oil as the base stock, blended with carefully selected additives such as antioxidants, rust inhibitors, metal deactivators, and anti‑foaming agents. It exhibits excellent antioxidant, anti‑emulsification, anti‑foaming, and rust‑preventive properties, and its quality meets the requirements of GB 11120‑2011.
Product Performance
● Excellent rust-prevention and corrosion‑resistance performance, effectively preventing corrosion and rust caused by water ingress into the system;
● Excellent demulsibility and anti-foaming properties, facilitating the easy separation of water ingress and the rapid elimination of air from the system;
● Excellent antioxidant performance, extending the service life.
Product Usage
Primarily used for lubrication and sealing in steam turbine units across the power industry, oil refining and petrochemicals, steel, shipbuilding, and other industrial sectors.Precautions for Use
Store indoors or under cover; when stored outdoors, position the unit at an angle to prevent rainwater ingress and protect the metal container from corrosion. Maintain a storage temperature below 60°C, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight and extreme cold. Clean the equipment thoroughly before changing the oil.
