Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by blending highly refined base oils with multifunctional additives. It can fully replace comparable L‑HM hydraulic fluids and imported low‑temperature hydraulic oils. Classified according to the viscosity grades specified in GB/T 3141, it complies with the GB 11118.1‑949 (HV) standard.
Product Performance
● Excellent low-temperature performance ensures normal operation of the equipment in outdoor environments or cold regions.
● Excellent viscosity‑temperature characteristics and oxidation stability, with minimal viscosity changes, ensure smoother operation of the hydraulic system.
● Excellent wear resistance, rust prevention, and corrosion protection, extending the service life of hydraulic equipment;
● Can fully replace HM and HV hydraulic oils of the same viscosity grade, as well as imported low-temperature hydraulic oils.
● Excellent low-temperature pumpability and flow properties, which can effectively extend the service life of the lubricant;
● Excellent seal compatibility, effectively preventing oil leakage.
Product Usage
This product is particularly well suited for medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems in construction, mining, and oilfield machinery, as well as marine and vehicular equipment, where ambient temperatures fluctuate significantly in cold‑climate outdoor operations. It is also ideal for hydraulic supports, jacks, and other similar hydraulic systems, making it especially appropriate for the above‑mentioned equipment operating outdoors in regions with extremely harsh winter conditions.
Operating temperature range: N22: -35°C to 100°C; N32, N46: -30°C to 100°C; N100: -20°C to 100°C. The applicable system pressure can reach 35 MPa.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants; mixing may degrade product performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
