Product Overview
This product is a next-generation, high‑quality anti‑wear hydraulic oil refined from deeply refined, high‑viscosity‑index base oils and formulated with premium, proprietary additives. It is graded according to GB/T 3141 viscosity classes—32, 46, 68, 100, and 150—and meets the HF‑0/HF‑2 specifications of Denison Corporation.
Product Performance
● Excellent oxidation stability and long service life;
● Excellent rust‑preventive and anti‑corrosion performance, providing superior protection for equipment;
● Excellent demulsibility, making it particularly suitable for hydraulic systems that come into contact with water;
● Excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, providing outstanding wear resistance under severe operating conditions; suitable for high-pressure, high-flow hydraulic systems.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for hydraulic systems in industries such as metallurgy, engineering, mining machinery, and marine auxiliary equipment. Examples include hydraulic systems for furnace‑top machinery, forging and pressing equipment, die‑casting machines, steel rolling mills, extruders, roll‑forming machines, and strip‑coiling units; as well as hydraulic systems for cranes, loaders, excavators, earth‑moving equipment, compaction machines, concrete‑mixing plants, rock‑drilling rigs, and road‑construction machinery. It is also applicable to hydraulic systems for hoisting, crushing, drilling, mineral‑processing, and specialized mining lifting equipment; steering gear, winches, anchor‑handling machines, capstans, trawl winches, net‑reeling devices, variable‑pitch propeller adjustment mechanisms, anti‑sway devices, dredgers, shallow‑water survey vessels, pipe‑laying ships, and similar applications.
