Product Overview
HS low‑pour, anti‑wear hydraulic oil is formulated from deeply refined, high‑viscosity‑index hydrogenated base oils and a carefully selected blend of premium functional additives, blended using state-of-the-art international production technologies. This product is classified into grades 22, 32, 46, and others in accordance with GB/T 3141.
Product Performance
● It can replace comparable HM, HV, and imported low‑temperature hydraulic oils, offering superior cost‑effectiveness.
● Compared with HM and HV, it exhibits superior high- and low-temperature performance, delivering outstanding cold-start capability and low-temperature fluidity.
● Provides high-temperature protection, effectively extending the service life of the lubricant and delivering superior emulsion resistance.
● Excellent viscosity‑temperature characteristics, shear stability, and oxidation stability, along with minimal viscosity changes, ensure smoother operation of the hydraulic system.
● Excellent wear resistance, rust prevention, and corrosion protection, extending the service life of hydraulic equipment;
● Excellent anti-foaming, air-release, and demulsification properties;
● Excellent seal compatibility, effectively preventing oil leakage.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for outdoor machinery operating in extremely cold winter conditions, as well as for medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems subjected to significant ambient temperature fluctuations or demanding operating conditions—such as those found in construction equipment, building machinery, mining equipment, oilfield machinery, marine vessels, and vehicles.
Precautions for Use
Do not mix this product with other oils. During storage and transportation, avoid contamination by water and foreign matter.
