Description
Product Overview
It is formulated from mineral base oils and carefully selected additives, suitable for low-pressure hydraulic and circulating systems. It complies with GB 11118.1—94 (L-HL), and in accordance with GB/T 3141, it is available in grades 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, and 150.
Product Performance
● Excellent oxidation stability, which slows the degradation of the oil and ensures a longer service life;
● Excellent rust and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing equipment from rusting;
● Excellent anti-foaming and air-release properties ensure sensitive, accurate, and smooth transmission of hydrostatic pressure in the system;
● Excellent viscosity–temperature characteristics ensure effective lubrication, cooling, and sealing of hydraulic components.
● Excellent demulsibility.
Product Usage
It is suitable for hydraulic transmission systems operating at low pressure, as well as for hydraulic power units, spindle boxes, and gearboxes in general machine tools.
Precautions for Use
First, select hydraulic fluids with appropriate quality and viscosity grades, and ensure they are protected from water and moisture during storage, transportation, and use. Prevent the ingress of mechanical contaminants, avoid contamination by foreign matter, and prohibit the mixing of different oils. Keep the oil tank clean during operation, and thoroughly flush the tank and oil lines when changing the fluid to prevent contamination. Do not mix hydraulic fluids of different types.
