Product Overview
This product is formulated with a specially structured synthetic base oil of high viscosity index, blended with premium imported multifunctional additives. It contains highly effective non‑active sulfur‑based extreme‑pressure and anti‑wear additives, and is refined through a scientifically optimized formulation and advanced manufacturing processes. Its quality is comparable to that of products meeting the MIL‑L‑15019E 6135, MIL‑L‑18486B (05), and AGMA 250.04COMP specifications.

● Excellent viscosity‑temperature characteristics ensure reliable performance across a wide temperature range.
● Excellent oiliness and extreme-pressure performance significantly ensure the transmission efficiency of worm gears, enabling smooth operation, low noise, and reduced wear of the worm gear pair.
● Excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance; exhibits excellent compatibility with both steel and copper components, and is particularly effective on phosphor bronze.
● Excellent antioxidant performance and thermal stability, ensuring a long service life and extended oil-change intervals;
● A synthetic base oil with a unique molecular structure, offering a high viscosity index, enhanced transmission efficiency, and excellent thermal conductivity.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for enclosed worm gear drives and medium‑to‑heavy‑duty industrial gear drives; it is also ideal for worm‑gear reduction units used in calenders, elevators, winches, lifts, and similar applications. Additionally, it meets the demanding lubrication requirements of heavy‑load industrial gears, including both enclosed and open‑type gears, and is appropriate for transmission systems featuring non‑ferrous metal components.

During storage and use, avoid contamination by moisture and impurities; do not mix with other oils or fats.
