Product Overview
The CKC series medium-load industrial closed‑gear oils are formulated from high‑quality lubricant base oils, blended with multifunctional composite additives using advanced blending technology, and comply with the GB 5903‑1995 and AGMA 250.03 EP standards.
Product Performance
● Excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, effectively preventing scuffing, wear, and galling on gear surfaces, ensuring smooth gear operation;
● Excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability ensure a long service life for the lubricant.
● Excellent rust-prevention and emulsion‑resistance properties, providing effective corrosion protection even in the presence of water.
● Excellent anti-foaming performance, providing effective oil-film protection and delivering superior lubrication and heat dissipation.
Product Usage
The CKC series medium-load industrial closed‑gear oils are suitable for lubricating low- and medium-speed, large‑size closed gear drives in the mining, cement, fertilizer, and metallurgical industries, where the tooth surface contact stress is less than 1100 MPa (N/mm²).
Precautions for Use
Select lubricants with the appropriate viscosity, and ensure they are protected from water and moisture during storage, transportation, and use; prevent the ingress of mechanical contaminants and contamination, and avoid mixing with other lubricants.
