Product Overview
L-CKD heavy-duty industrial closed‑gear oil is formulated from high‑quality, highly refined base oils, blended with multifunctional composite additives using advanced blending technology, and meets the GB 5903, US Steel 224, AGMA 250.04 EP, and DIN 51517 (III) standards.
Product Performance
● Excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, effectively preventing scuffing, wear, and galling on gear surfaces, ensuring smooth gear operation;
● Excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability ensure a long service life for the lubricant.
● Excellent rust-prevention and emulsion‑resistance properties, providing effective corrosion protection even in the presence of water.
● Excellent anti-foaming performance, providing effective oil-film protection and delivering superior lubrication and heat dissipation.
Product Usage
The CKD series heavy-duty industrial enclosed gear oils are suitable for lubricating industrial enclosed gear drives operating under heavy loads, high temperatures, and impact conditions, with tooth surface contact stresses exceeding 1100 MPa (N/mm²), in applications such as metallurgical rolling mills, cement plants, and underground mining operations.
Precautions for Use
Select lubricants with appropriate performance characteristics, and during storage, transportation, and use, prevent the ingress of water, contaminants, and foreign matter. Avoid mixing with other lubricants, and do not blend different types of gear oils.
