Description
Product Overview
This product uses a urea-based thickener to thicken a refined base oil, and is formulated with extreme-pressure and anti-wear additives, as well as antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and rust preventatives, all produced through a specialized refining process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent lubricity and extreme-pressure anti-wear properties;
● Extremely long service life;
● Excellent resistance to high temperatures and high speeds, with superior water resistance and rust protection;
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and oxidation stability;
● This product is non-toxic and requires no special protective measures during use.
Product Usage
Suitable for lubrication and protection of various motor bearings, high-speed locomotive bearings, and all types of fan bearings; particularly well-suited for lubricating heavy-duty vehicle and large bus wheel hub bearings and chassis components, and also applicable to lubrication in other high-temperature applications.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; different greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions, resulting in a significant deterioration of performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum, 1 kg/can.
