Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a high-viscosity base oil with a composite urea-based thickener, and it incorporates a variety of additives—including anti-wear, extreme-pressure, and antioxidant agents—as well as electromagnetic‑shielding materials.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature thermal stability and good oxidation resistance;
● Exhibits excellent water resistance and resistance to acids and alkalis;
● Exhibits excellent electromagnetic radiation resistance;
● Excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance.
Product Usage
This product is primarily suitable for high‑temperature, heavy‑load applications in the metallurgical industry, as well as for environments involving wide temperature ranges, exposure to corrosive media, and electromagnetic fields or nuclear radiation. It is used for lubrication in high‑temperature components such as continuous casting mold chillers, electromagnetic stirring systems in steelmaking blast furnaces, ladle tundish roller tables, converter trunnions, molten steel ladle cranes, and ingot cars. It is also appropriate for lubricating bearings in high‑temperature areas across industries including printing and dyeing, textiles, papermaking, and building materials.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases, as physical or chemical reactions between different greases may occur, leading to a significant deterioration in performance.
● Close the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
