Sensitive 0109 high-temperature anti-wear urea based grease

Product Introduction
This product is made by thickening high viscosity base oil with a composite urea based thickener, and adding various additives such as anti-wear, extreme pressure, anti-oxidation, and anti electromagnetic materials.

Has good water resistance and acid alkali resistance;

application
This product is mainly suitable for high temperature, heavy load, wide temperature, contact with poor media, and electromagnetic field nuclear radiation in the metallurgical industry. Lubrication for high-temperature parts such as crystallizers in continuous casting machines, electromagnetic stirring in steelmaking blast furnaces, roller conveyors in front of the furnace, converter ear shafts, steel tank cranes, ingot casting carts, etc. It is also suitable for lubrication of high-temperature bearings in industries such as printing and dyeing, textile, papermaking, and building materials.
Applicable temperature range: -20 ℃ to 200 ℃.

Precautions for use
Do not mix with other lubricating greases, as physical or chemical reactions may occur between different greases, leading to a significant decrease in performance;
Cover it promptly after use to prevent impurities such as moisture and dust from entering.
