Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a premium base oil with an organic thickener and incorporating a range of specialized additives—such as anti-wear, extreme-pressure, antioxidant, and rust-inhibiting agents—and is refined through a proprietary manufacturing process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, providing multi-layered protection to the surfaces of friction pairs.
● Exhibits excellent adhesion, protecting friction pairs from wear and corrosion;
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, with minimal coking and loss.
● Exhibits excellent resistance to water spray and strong resistance to acids and alkalis.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for the lubrication and protection of bearings in metallurgical continuous casting and rolling mill equipment, and is also suitable for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under harsh conditions such as high temperatures, heavy loads, and exposure to water.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases, as physical or chemical reactions between different greases may occur, leading to a significant deterioration in performance.
● Close the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
