Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a premium base oil with a urea-based thickener and incorporating high-performance composite additives, followed by refined processing through a specialized manufacturing process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent colloidal stability and chemical stability;
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance;
● Possesses resistance to corrosive media such as acids and alkalis;
● Exhibits excellent water resistance and extreme-pressure anti-wear performance.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubrication in high-temperature applications and on equipment exposed to acids and alkalis in industries such as metallurgy, mining, energy, building materials, petrochemicals, textiles, dyeing, and papermaking.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; incompatible greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions, resulting in a significant deterioration of performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
