Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening refined base oils with an organic thickener and incorporating a variety of additives, including anti-wear, extreme-pressure, antioxidant, and rust-inhibiting agents, all processed through a specialized manufacturing procedure.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, providing multi-layered protection to the surfaces of friction pairs.
● Exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, as well as outstanding resistance to water runoff.
● Exhibits excellent adhesion, protecting metals from wear and corrosion;
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, is resistant to coking and loss, and offers a long service life.
Product Usage
Suitable for lubricating bearings subjected to high temperatures, heavy loads, and impact loads.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; different greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions, resulting in a significant deterioration of performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum, 1 kg/can.
