Sensitive 0103EP urea based grease

Product Introduction
This product uses a new type of urea based thickener to thicken and refine the base oil, and adds various extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and other additives. It is refined through a special process.

Has good high temperature resistance and oxidation stability;
Excellent mechanical stability, able to maintain good lubricating grease structural characteristics under shear force;
Has good anti-wear and extreme pressure performance, water resistance, and colloidal stability;

application
This product is suitable for lubrication and protection of large package rotary tables, crystallizers, sector roller conveyors, straightening machines, swing shears, and conveyor rollers in metallurgical continuous casting equipment. It is also suitable for bearing lubrication of friction parts in continuous rolling mills and other high-temperature and heavy-duty equipment.
Applicable temperature range: -20 ℃ to 180 ℃.

Precautions for use
Do not mix with other lubricating greases, as physical or chemical reactions may occur between different greases, leading to a significant decrease in performance;
Cover it promptly after use to prevent impurities such as moisture and dust from entering.
