Description
Product Overview
This product uses a novel urea-based thickener to thicken a refined base oil, and incorporates multiple additives for extreme-pressure wear resistance, oxidation inhibition, and corrosion protection, all formulated through a specialized refining process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance and oxidation stability;
● Excellent mechanical stability, enabling the grease to maintain its structural integrity under shear stress.
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, water resistance, and colloidal stability;
● It has a long service life.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for the lubrication and protection of tundish rotary tables, molds, sector‑section roller tables, skin‑pass mills and shear units, as well as conveyor rollers in metallurgical continuous casting equipment. It is also ideal for bearing lubrication at friction points in tandem rolling mills and other high‑temperature, heavy‑load machinery.
Applicable temperature range: -20°C to 180°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; different greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions, resulting in a significant deterioration of performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum, 1 kg/can.
