Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening synthetic oil with a specialized thickener and incorporating antioxidants, anti-wear agents, and solid additives, then refined through a proprietary process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, oxidation stability, and mechanical stability;
● It exhibits excellent lubricating performance, particularly at elevated temperatures; even after the grease has dried out at extremely high temperatures, it can still provide reliable lubrication.
● Exhibits excellent resistance to water, acids, and alkalis;
● Exhibits excellent pumpability;
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating heavy‑load bearings, gears, and chains operating under high‑temperature conditions in various industrial sectors, as well as for high‑speed, large‑diameter couplings. It is also ideal for applications where the lubricant may come into contact with water, steam, acids, or alkalis—such as bearings on high‑temperature tunnel kiln cars, chains and idler roller bearings in enamel and paint drying lines, door‑frame hinges in high‑temperature firing furnaces, and waste‑to‑energy incinerators, among others.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 300°C; above 300°C, it forms a solid lubricant.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; different greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions, resulting in a significant deterioration of performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
