Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening refined mineral base oil with a composite lithium soap and further refined through a specialized process, with the addition of antioxidant and other additives.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance and appropriate high- and low-temperature oil separation capability;
● Excellent lubricity, high load-carrying capacity, and low wear;
● Excellent corrosion and rust resistance, providing optimal protection for friction pairs and extending equipment service life;
● Excellent mechanical stability and oxidation stability;
Product Usage
This product is particularly well suited for lubricating roller bearings subjected to significant vibration, such as the work‑roll bearings and sealed bearings in large hot‑rolling and cold‑rolling mills in the metallurgical industry, as well as the bearings of conveyor roller tracks.
Applicable temperature range: -20°C to 160°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
