Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a high-quality synthetic base oil with a novel thickener, and further refined through a specialized process with the addition of extreme-pressure anti-wear, antioxidant, and anti-corrosion additives.
Product Performance
● It can penetrate the cable core, ensuring excellent lubrication of both the inner and outer layers.
● It exhibits excellent adhesion to metal components at high temperatures and maintains a highly elastic lubricating film at low temperatures.
● The lubricating film is dense, preventing metal surfaces from coming into contact with water, corrosive dust, and corrosive gases;
● It can reduce noise and vibration and also offers a certain degree of flame retardancy.
● Exhibits excellent rust resistance and water resistance.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for the lubrication and protection of steel cables used in equipment operating under high-temperature conditions, such as towlines, cranes, mast cranes, and steelmaking machinery.
Operating temperature range: -30°C to 150°C
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
