Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a base oil with a synthetic soap‑based thickener, and it incorporates a variety of additives—including anti‑wear, extreme‑pressure, rust‑inhibiting, anti‑foaming, and antioxidant agents—through a specialized manufacturing process.
Product Performance
This product exhibits excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties, good water‑solubility, fluidity, compatibility with mineral oils, as well as superior anti‑fogging and rust‑prevention performance.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubrication and protection of mud‑pump gearboxes, rotary table gearboxes, water‑hose gearboxes, mud‑sampling screen gearboxes, injection pumps, and other equipment used in oil and gas field drilling operations. It can also be used to lubricate gears and turbine gearboxes in mobile machinery operating under similar service conditions.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 160°C
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases;
● When using this product, all components must be thoroughly cleaned.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
