Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a high-quality synthetic oil with a composite soap base and incorporating additives that provide antioxidant, extreme-pressure anti-wear, and rust-prevention properties, all refined through a specialized manufacturing process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent adhesion, ensuring the gears remain in a well-lubricated condition;
● Exhibits excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance;
● Exhibits excellent oxidation stability and shear stability, ensuring a long service life;
● Exhibits excellent noise-reduction performance.
Product Usage
Suitable for lubricating motor gears made of various materials under medium to low speeds and moderate to light loads, particularly well-suited for the lubrication and protection of gear systems in small induction motors.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 180°C
Precautions for Use
● Before use, ensure the lubricated area is dry and clean; do not mix with other greases.
● During storage and use, minimize the ingress of impurities.
