Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening high-quality base oils with a specialized thickener and refining them through a proprietary process with a composite additive package.
Product Performance
● It exhibits excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance, ensuring a long service life.
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, with the ability to withstand impact loads;
● It features an extremely low coefficient of friction and excellent lubrication performance, contributing to energy savings and reduced consumption.
● Exhibits excellent rust-prevention and noise-reduction properties, and does not emulsify or degrade upon contact with water.
Product Usage
It is suitable for the lubrication and protection of gear reducers, worm‑gear reducers, open gears, cycloidal pinwheel reducers, and similar equipment—for example, R‑series hardened‑tooth‑surface reducers of model 167 and below, as well as worm‑gear reducers of the 90 series and below, all manufactured to specifications comparable to those of German SEW reducers—and also for lubricating other types of reducers used in applications such as automated parking systems.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 120°C
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
