Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening refined mineral oil with high‑grade fatty acid soap and incorporating antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and extreme‑pressure, anti‑wear additives, all processed through a specialized manufacturing procedure.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent, controllable oil‑separation performance, ensuring a robust lubricant film.
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and extreme-pressure anti-wear properties, ensuring effective lubrication of the crankshaft in heavy-duty electric hammers.
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature performance and strong high-temperature adhesion;
● Exhibits excellent rubber compatibility.
Product Usage
Specifically designed for lubrication and protection of heavy-duty electric hammer crankshafts and other components.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 180°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils or fats;
● When storing the equipment for an extended period or during winter use, run it at idle for 5 minutes first to prolong its service life.
