Product Overview
This product is formulated with a composite soap thickener and a highly refined base oil, enhanced with a variety of additives—including antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and anti-wear agents—and manufactured through a specialized refining process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance; remains stable under high-temperature conditions, with minimal coking and no loss of performance.
● Excellent lubricity, high load-carrying capacity, and low wear;
● It boasts excellent corrosion and rust resistance, providing the most effective protection for bearings and extending the service life of equipment.
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and oxidation stability;
● Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless to humans and animals.
Product Usage
This product is primarily designed for lubricating various large open gears in metallurgical enterprises, such as the pinion and gear of sintering plant mixers, as well as supporting rollers and guide rolls. Grades 0# and 00# are suitable for spray‑type grease lubrication, while grade 000# can be used for bath‑type lubrication in gearboxes and for specialized lubrication requirements in heavily loaded areas.
Applicable temperature range: -20°C to 120°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
