Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a premium base oil with a urea-based thickener and incorporating high-performance composite additives, followed by refined processing through a proprietary manufacturing process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance; under high-temperature conditions, it is resistant to coking and does not degrade or leach.
● Excellent lubricity, high load-carrying capacity, and low wear;
● It boasts excellent corrosion and rust resistance, providing the most effective protection for bearings and extending the service life of equipment.
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and oxidation stability;
● Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless to humans and animals.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for lubrication of sintering machine slide rails in both high- and low-temperature zones, butterfly valves in the high-temperature zone, and other similar applications, as well as for lubricating general industrial equipment.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
