Product Overview
This product is formulated with lithium soap‑thickened, highly refined base oil and enhanced with a variety of additives—such as antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and anti‑wear agents—and is manufactured through a specialized refining process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance; remains stable under high-temperature conditions, with minimal coking and no loss of material.
● Excellent lubricity, high load-carrying capacity, and low wear;
● It boasts excellent corrosion and rust resistance, providing the most effective protection for bearings and extending the service life of equipment.
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and oxidation stability;
● Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless to humans and animals.
Product Usage
This product is primarily designed for lubricating sliding bearings, rolling bearings, ball bearings, and wheel bearings in steel mill equipment, as well as for connecting components and lubrication systems subjected to various impact or vibration loads. It is especially suited for high-temperature operating conditions where conventional lithium-based greases are unsuitable.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 120°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
