Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening refined base oil with an organic thickener and incorporating a variety of additives, including anti-wear, extreme-pressure, antioxidant, and rust-inhibiting agents, all processed through a specialized manufacturing procedure.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, providing multi‑layered protection for bearing surfaces;
● Exhibits excellent adhesion, protecting the metal from wear and corrosion;
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, is resistant to coking and loss, and offers a long service life.
● Exhibits excellent resistance to water spray and strong resistance to acids and alkalis;
● Exhibits excellent pumpability and strong antioxidant resistance;
● This product is non-toxic and requires no special protective measures during use.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for the lubrication of mechanical equipment operating under high-temperature and heavy-load conditions in the metallurgical industry, such as bearing lubrication in continuous casting and rolling mill systems, as well as the lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings subjected to severe operating conditions including high temperatures, heavy loads, and water exposure.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 180°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
