Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening synthetic oil with an inorganic thickener and refining it through a specialized process, incorporating ultra-fine, high-temperature‑resistant solid lubricants as additives.
Product Performance
● It exhibits excellent high-temperature performance, ensuring effective lubrication under high-temperature and harsh operating conditions.
● Exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, preventing damage to components and bearings caused by corrosion;
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, protecting bearings and minimizing wear even under severe impact and heavy loads.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating high-temperature components such as kiln car bearings, heating furnace door pivots, and high‑temperature tunnels in industries including metallurgy and mining.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 600°C.
Precautions for Use
● This product should be stored in a clean, dry, and light‑protected environment.
● Do not mix with other oils; after opening, promptly reseal the container to prevent contamination.
Packaging Specifications
