Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a high-viscosity refined base oil with a novel composite sulfonate thickener, and is further refined through a specialized process incorporating an efficient extreme-pressure anti-wear additive.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance and oxidation stability, with consistency remaining essentially unchanged under both high and low temperature conditions.
● Exhibits excellent lubricity, particularly at elevated temperatures;
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, as well as a long service life;
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and colloidal stability;
● Excellent pumpability; it can be pumped reliably in both winter and summer.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for use in the metallurgical industry, including hot- and cold‑rolling mill bearings, as well as for ladle turret systems, mold assemblies, secondary cooling sections, roller tables in the sector and fan‑shaped sections of continuous casting machines, and for lubrication and protection of conveyor roller tracks. It can also be applied to heavy‑load, medium‑ and low‑speed bearings, gears, and chains operating under high‑temperature conditions across various industrial sectors, and to the lubrication of high‑speed, large‑size couplings. Additionally, it is suitable for lubricating components that come into contact with water, steam, acids, or alkalis.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
