Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a highly refined base oil with a novel urea-based thickener, and is further enhanced with a blend of anti-wear, extreme-pressure, antioxidant, and rust-inhibiting additives, all processed through a specialized manufacturing procedure.
Product Performance
● Excellent lubrication performance, capable of forming a robust oil film on metal surfaces;
● Excellent rust resistance and water‑splash protection, ensuring reliable operation even in wet or humid conditions;
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, meeting the lubrication requirements of heavy-duty machinery or equipment subjected to impact loads.
● Excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability, ensuring a long service life and extending oil-change intervals.
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, oxidation stability, and colloidal stability.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for use with gear couplings in steel rolling mills within the metallurgical industry, particularly for the protection and lubrication of high‑temperature, heavy‑load gear couplings in large hot‑rolling mill units.
Applicable temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.

170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
