Product Overview
This product is formulated with a composite thickener that gels refined synthetic base oil, and it is further enhanced with antioxidant, anti-corrosion, and anti-rust additives, all processed through a specialized manufacturing procedure.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent lubricity and superior oil-sealing performance;
● Features a long service life;
● Excellent rust resistance and water resistance;
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and colloidal stability;
● Excellent high- and low-temperature performance, with good cold-start capability and no coking at elevated temperatures.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for various pre‑heating furnace roller bearings, conveyor rollers, and pusher‑type bearing assemblies in the steel‑rolling systems of metallurgical enterprises. It is also ideal for heavy‑duty roller bearings used on the work rolls of medium‑ and thick‑plate hot‑rolling mills, as well as for lubrication of drying‑line bearings.
Applicable temperature range: -30°C to 300°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
