Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a high-viscosity base oil with a novel composite thickener and further refined through a specialized process, incorporating multiple additives that provide anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, oxidation resistance, and rust inhibition.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent lubrication performance, good oil-sealing properties, and a long service life;
● It exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, meeting the lubrication requirements of heavy-duty machinery or equipment subjected to impact loads.
● Excellent rust resistance and water resistance;
● Exhibits strong adhesion and a long service life;
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, as well as superior oxidation stability and colloidal stability.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for rolling bearings of various types of mill rolls in the steel‑rolling systems of the metallurgical industry, particularly those used in hot‑rolling and continuous‑rolling mills; it also provides lubrication and protection for bearings operating under high temperatures, water‑spray conditions, heavy loads, and impact loads.
Applicable temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.

170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
