Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening synthetic oil with an inorganic thickener, and is further refined with a variety of additives and structural modifiers.
Product Performance
● Exhibits strong material compatibility and excellent chemical stability;
● Exhibits excellent salt-spray resistance;
● It offers excellent waterproofing, moisture resistance, and vacuum-sealing performance, effectively preventing dust and contaminants from entering the sealed area.
● It operates over a wide temperature range and combines both sealing and lubrication functions.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for the lubrication and sealing of glass pistons and ground‑glass joints in vacuum systems operating at pressures as low as 6.65×10⁻⁴ Pa. It can also be used for lubrication and sealing under conditions where bromine, water, and other chemical media are present. Additionally, it is applicable for electrical insulation and sealing.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; different greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions that significantly degrade performance.
● Before use, thoroughly clean the glass piston and fittings with a solvent, allow them to air-dry, and then apply this product.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● This product should be stored in a clean, dry, and light‑protected environment.
