Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a synthetic base oil with a specialized thickener and further refined with additives such as extreme-pressure agents, antioxidants, and solid powders.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature lubricity;
● Exhibits excellent antioxidant properties and high-temperature stability;
● Exhibits excellent rust resistance and water resistance.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating rolling bearings operating under heavy-load, low-speed, and high-temperature conditions, such as those found in regenerative furnaces, incinerators, regenerative exhaust blowers, paint‑drying production lines, electric porcelain insulator kiln car bearings, and brick‑and‑tile or ceramic tile kiln car bearings—providing both lubrication and protection for these high‑temperature applications.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 300°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; incompatible greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions, resulting in a significant deterioration of performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
