Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a specialty synthetic oil with a composite soap-based thickener, and is further refined through a specialized process that incorporates antioxidant, anti‑rust, and anti‑corrosion additives.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-speed performance and wear resistance, with a speed factor DN value as high as 1 million.
● Exhibits superior shear resistance and water resistance, providing excellent rust and corrosion protection.
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance and oxidation stability, resulting in a long grease service life.
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and colloidal stability.
Product Usage
This product is particularly well suited for the lubrication and protection of high-speed sliding and rolling bearings, such as center bearings in machine tools and textile machinery, as well as for lubricating threaded spindles. It effectively resists corrosion from water, acidic, and alkaline liquids. It is also ideal for low-temperature bearings with low starting torque, high-speed gyro motor bearings, high-speed pick-and-place machine lead screws and guide rails, and precision transmission gears.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 130°C
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; different greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions that can significantly degrade performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
