Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a synthetic base oil with a composite soap‑based thickener and further refined with a proprietary additive package.
Product Performance
● Excellent high-temperature resistance, no carbon deposits, strong oil film retention at elevated temperatures, and resistant to softening.
● Excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating high-temperature bearings in the textile, dyeing and printing, petrochemical, papermaking, and float‑glass industries, as well as large‑size motor bearings of various models.
Suitable for a DN value of 200,000.
Operating temperature range: -30°C to 180°C, with short-term exposure up to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants;
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● This product should be stored in a clean, dry, and light‑protected environment.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
