Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a high-viscosity synthetic base oil with a polyurea thickener and further refined with a composite additive package.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature stability, does not form carbon deposits, maintains a strong oil film at elevated temperatures, and is resistant to softening.
● Exhibits excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating high-temperature bearings in the textile, dyeing and printing, petrochemical, papermaking, and float‑glass industries, as well as large‑size motor bearings of various models.
Suitable for DN values up to 200,000.
Operating temperature range: -30°C to 180°C, with short-term exposure up to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants;
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● This product should be stored in a clean, dry, and light‑protected environment.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
