Product Overview
This product is formulated with a high-temperature‑resistant composite urea‑based thickener, a high‑temperature‑stable base oil, and additives including soft metal powders, corrosion inhibitors, rust preventatives, extreme‑pressure agents, and high‑efficiency anti‑stiction fillers.
Product Performance
This product exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, extreme-pressure performance, anti-adhesion properties, and sintering resistance.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for the lubrication and protection of pivot pins in thermal power plant equipment and the connecting pivot pins of bucket‑type coal unloaders, and is particularly well suited for bolt applications in high‑temperature environments.
Applicable temperature range: -40°C to 1000°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum, 1 kg/can.
