Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening synthetic oil with a specialized urea-based thickener and further refined through a proprietary process incorporating multiple additives.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance, with particularly outstanding high-temperature characteristics, ensuring long bearing life under elevated temperatures.
● Exhibits excellent water resistance;
● Excellent antioxidant and anti-rust properties.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating high-temperature bearings in auxiliary boiler rotary burner bearings, plastic extruder sleeve bearings, pyrolysis furnace induced draft fans, regenerative gas compressors, and other similar applications. It also provides lubrication for rolling and sliding bearings in various high-speed machinery operating under elevated temperatures, such as stretching and tentering machines, hot‑air blowers, heat‑setting machines, baking ovens, and high‑temperature dyeing vats, as well as for gears, chains, and clutches used in high‑temperature environments.
Operating temperature range: -60°C to 200°C (with short-term exposure up to 300°C).
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
